I wanted to let others know that this product delivers as advertised. It is sufficient for anyone who wants to train at home or during the winter months and doesn't need the high end version of this kind of product. It is sturdy and stable.

The kit had been spray over painted, filling in the bolt holes so that the major structural retaining bolt for the spindle did not fit in the holes...once I realized I could drill out the extra paint, it went together nicely. The unit put the bike far up on the back end, so that I was going severely downhill, so I had to use a 6 inch brick block under the front tire. Looks funny, but it works. Also with the vibration from the little wheel on the back of the unit, the clamps which hold to the bike frame unwind slightly--I just twist to re-tighten every time I get off or on.
