Good, not great
By H. Cook
I purchased one of these about a year and a half ago, mainly because it was so much less expensive than the competition. Then I was reminded that you really do get what you pay for.Look, it cooks steaks just fine. But a lot of grills would. But the thinner metal has warped in a short time, and is beginning to show rust. The grate doesn't swing up out of the way, making it more difficult to start the fire or clean it out. I probably could have gotten another couple of years use out of it, but instead I just ordered one of the heavy-duty ones, which will mount on the old post anyway, so why not.If you're looking for a park grill on a budget, this one's ok. If you're looking for something easier to use and which will last longer than you will, this isn't the model for you.

I had to modify it
By T
The grate does'nt come off to pour the charcoal into the grill. I had to cut the front grate holder open, so now we can pour the charcoal in it.So far this seems to be working. Lots of cooking space and looks as though it will last a long time.

Rusty Grate
By Larry Ficek
We purchased four of these grills for vacation rentals. We installed them in June of 2011. The grates were rusting by the end of the summer. We are getting ready for this year's season so I'm looking for replacements grates. At the very least consider a cover before purchasing this grill. If I can find replacement grates I'll certainly purchase the covers, otherwise I need to start over.
