cute ladies work boot

I finally stumbled across the knee-high version of these boots at the mall. After searching the timberland website, I found the shorter ones, the chukka's, which would be more suitable for year-round weather. I LOVE these boots and they are cute & stylish, so I don't mind wearing them out in public even after I leave work. I'm a field adjuster for an insurance company & climb on roofs and prance around fires every day.

This Cassida cash counter was an excellent purchase. I run a small scrap metal business that pays in cash so I needed a counter to ease my burden. This machine so far is wonderful. If the bills are very wimpy or have multiple folds, it will cause the machine to stop. But if they are in decent shape it will count them...fast.

Snake Back in 1998

This is an awesome tribute to snake. The original Metal Gear Solid (Released in 1998) was very innovative and ahead of its time. Only a few games paralleled Hideo's MGS, games like Resident Evil & FF7. Let's face it, now and days the master writers are no longer operating. The 360 holds titles like halo and call of duty (which is re-released with very little differences every year). PS3 holds some good titles in terms of plot, but nothing like the amazement we encountered with the original MGS. The focus has switched from story based to multi-player based (on the 360 especially) and there is definitely way more emphasis on things like graphics and those kind of details. But the captivating stories, the re-playability... All gone. These games are boring, but we got nothing else to play, so we take what we have. This poster, for me, symbolizes those times and the bad ass snake we used to know. What can I say, things change, I look forward to the new titles coming out next year. Then again, I feel like I find myself saying that every year, and being disappointed. This poster is awesome, it's very detailed and the art is from the 90's. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a tribute to those times in their game room.

Industrial-grade product

This is an industrial-grade scanner, made by Symbol (Motorola). The online documentation is HUGE (400 or more pages). The one I received is used, but you can't tell it - no apparent wear. With the aid of the quick-reference documentation I was able to reset the device to its default values, then set it up to transmit a carriage return and line feed after the scanned data. This device is for one-dimensional (linear) bar codes, and I've tested it on things ranging from a paperback book to a Diet Coke can, and it reads them well (had to wipe the moisture off the can). The hands-free stand is sturdy and works well. A magnet in the stand activates the scanner so it can be operated hands-free.

Already saved us some money!

We already refused 2 fake hundreds in the first month with this detector! It is way better than the UV light detector we had before. We had to pay close to $200 for it but if it keeps doing that it is well worth the money. Note: the image of the detector on Amazon is not right - the actual machine has a nice upgraded LCD display instead of pictured old style LED display

The Best

Years ago Quaker had something called Hearty Oatmeal, made for the microwave. It was the closest thing to stovetop, long cooked oatmeal, great flavor and hearty texture. I searched for a long time for a replacement and luckily found McCann's Because I prefer to dress up my own oatmeal, I prefer the plain...and I have to admit I'm not crazy about some of their pre-packaged flavors, which are what is available locally. Amazon to the rescue! This oatmeal is hearty, has great texture and flavor and stands up to lots of add-ins. I think it's best made with milk and, at least in my microwave, heating it for 1.50 minutes on high is perfect.

Noisy GFCI

I guess you get what you pay for - not recommended. I installed 9 of the 10 outlets and they all emit a faint humming/buzzing noise (even when there is no load). It is not loud, but within a foot or so, it is certainly audible. After replacing a few with higher quality Levitions, all is fine...

Great value for money

After some hesitation regarding reliability and possible noise from these GFCI outlets, I decided to nevertheless try a 10-pack since the price was so good and I'm very happy that I did. The package arrived quickly and in it I found 10 snugly packaged devices, each one in their own little box. They're branded "SecurE" with the same model number as listed and look exactly the same as on the picture. I have so far installed 5 out of the 10 that I received and have had no problems with them. They're completely quiet and they work exactly as expected. The finish quality seems quite good too. All in all I'm a very happy customer, especially given that they cost about 1/3 of what I would have to pay in the local store.

Excellent product!

While my home was being built, I decided to run wires for a security system (DIY). I started with some wire from Home Depot ... it did the job, but was really difficult to work with. It came rolled on a plastic spool, and was so rigid that it held the shape of the spool it came on causing it to tangle easily, making for difficult (and time-consuming) wire-pulling. When I underestimated the amount of cable I needed (and exhausted the inventory of every Home Depot in 15 sq. miles) I looked to Amazon ... I'm glad I did! Not only was this cable cheaper (by a long-shot), but it was MUCH easier to work with. The cable comes packaged in clear plastic sacks that facilitate pulling (just punch a hole in the center and pull your cable through) ... and the cable is much less prone to tangling. Saved me a ton of time and effort ... and a lot of money. This can not be over-stated: If you are in need of security cable, look no further ... this is the stuff you want!

...the 16oz. boxes are less expensive per ounce. At the moment, the 30 packages on this page are $0.20 per ounce, while the 16oz boxes are $0.18 per oz. McCANN'S Steel Cut Irish Oatmeal, Quick & Easy, 16-Ounce Boxes (Pack of 6) $0.02 per ounce isn't much, but it's 10% - $7.20 for the 12-30oz packages advertised on this page.

Outstanding Glove!!!! No regrets!!!!

This is the second firstbase mitt that my daughter, Sophie, has owned (both by Rawlings) and I have to say this GGTML is far superior to the Renegade model - and both can be had at comparable prices. This GGTML has all of the hallmarks of a great Rawlings glove - high quality leather, poron palm pad (which the Renegade lacks), high quality laces and the two-piece Fastback closure keeps the glove snug on her hand. The glove is labeled as a 12" pattern vs. the Renegade's 13" pattern; however, there is very little difference in size - big difference in solid feel and better construction in this Gold Glove GGTML model. This would be an ideal mitt for a 12-18 year old Fastpich Softball or Baseball player. Buy this mitt - you or your child will love it through High School ball!

Amazing!!

This product was discontinued here and I couldn't find it or order it anywhere. I have had three bottles from when I was in Dallas and ordered it twice before. This is a huge bottle, twice the size of any that I have ever seen in stores and it came with the original cellophane and the Dior stickers. It is the real deal. It is a clean scent. It is like a stronger version of Light Blue by Dulce and Gabbanna. One of my favorite perfumes ever, that I cannot find in my area, delivered straight to my door perfectly. It is a clean and citrus scent. Not flowery at all. One of my favorites and I was really surprised they had it and it was the real deal.

I had received a sample of this fragrance two years ago. I fell in love with the scent and bought a 1.7 ounce bottle. When I heard it was discontinued, I had to get another bottle to have more. If only the 3.4 oz bottle were bottomless!
