Good costume for the price.

Like what another reviewer has posted, this costume does not have pockets. And buyers should double check the costume's sizing chart to make sure they get the exact dimensions necessary. I usually wear a large (US) but had to get an XXL instead.The costume arrived a month ahead of time, which was a pleasant surprise, and it fits very well. Since it is a costume, I don't mind not having pockets, and those who can sew can simply sew pockets on. For the price (and the fact that I cannot find it anywhere locally) it is a durable costume. I have yet to wear it for a lengthy period, but NYCC is just around the corner, so I can test it then. So far, so good.

I ordered this product because I've always wanted a Gakuran Style jacket.These jackets are rare to find and expensive.I took a chance in hoping that this would be exactly what I was looking for at a moderate price. I received the order way before the due time which made me happy as I tried it on it was a bit snug but that was exactly what I was looking for. As for the material its high quality as far as costumes go.It feels more like a heavy shirt as opposed to a jacket that's meant to keep you warm. Also the pockets on both the pants and the jacket are either fake or not there.If your looking for something aesthetically pleasing for your cosplay or fashion needs then I recommend it. If your looking for an actual full functioning jacket I suggest you pass this and look at other alternatives, but be warned authentic Gakurans can be mighty expensive and hard to get from within the states.
