Great tool and a major time saver.

I am a novice woodturner and when I turn I will use traditional gouges as well as the carbideinsert tools. I also have a wet grinder and sharpening jig set up to sharpen the traditionalturning tools. The carbide insert tools save time as I am able to rough out a blank faster.I have found a source for the inserts on e bay. The detailer allows me to create a profileeasier than I could with traditioal tools. It is just easier and quicker.
