Sturdy is right!

Sturdy yet comfortable, utilitarian yet stylish; these boots feel broken in from the first time you put them on! I was looking for a biker style boot that was adjustable and easy to wear and these totally fit the bill while still being great looking and a really great price.

Really Nice Boot!

I can't give you a long term review since I've only owned the boot for a few days, but overall I am happy! The boot looks great with jeans, is very comfortable and light. It's nicely lined, thicker at the lip of the boot and thin throughout the rest. It's soft and really flexible which makes it easy to wear with little to no break in period...making longevity something I'll have to critique later. Being so soft will it last? Again that's a future update.The buckle was something I was worried about...too garish? too heavy? Well negative to both. The buckle is a dark metal luster, nice and understated...though I would have a liked a brush metal look. It's not heavy to which is nice, but it seems pretty sturdy. I keep the laces loose for easy slip on and just tighten the buckle! Convenient and simple! Awesome!Overall a nice boot that looks just awesome! It looks very new when you get it and should look cooler with further wear!

LA Wheel and Tire are AMAZING to work with. I (being an idiot) ordered the wrong size bolts. I called 2 months later (cause thats when I was going to replace the lug bolts and asked if I could exchange thinking I would have to pay for shipping again. They not only sent me the correct size, but it came with a return label! Excellent work/motorcycle boots

I chose these boots because of the past experience I have had with "Jump" boots. When i was in the military we used to use Jump(or Jungle) boots all the time. The craftsmanship of these boots appaers nothing less than superb. The side strap buckles are a new addition though. I used them to tighten up the grip/support they have on my ankle joints. I am currently in a job where you have to be constantly mobile, and may have to take off running a quarter mile with no notice. I needed a boot that was tough, durable, comfortable, and would look professional when worn with a uniform. These boots have answered all of those requirements.PROS: Good construction, side-zip, spit shineable, nice quality leather, breathable canvas, sturdy treads.THE ONLY DOWNSIDE I HAVE FOUND: They are a little thin compared to most other combat boots in terms of the toe. If you have really wide feet, I would suggest something else, as I have not found these sold in a Wide on this site.

Good looking, long lasting

I purchased these boots for my brother, for an early Christmas present. He is hard to shop for because he demands quality, practicability, and style. We have been having a pretty bad winter and he need boots that he could wear to the office.These boots are great. They cover up to maybe mid-calf, so you can tuck your pants in and pull them out to cover. My brother has had them for over a month and we have had a good 20 inches of snow during that time. His boots still look as good as new. He say they are the most comfortable boots he has ever own and they make him look like a fashion model, lol.The boots have some sort of soft coating on the inside to keep your feet warm and dry. The soles are pretty heavy duty. The boots have a side zipper that makes it easy to get in and out of them. The buckle around the ankle can be adjusted to make them tighter or just as a fashion statement.Overall I would definitely recommend, the price is a little high but the boots are sturdy. My brother is kind of hard on shoes and I can estimate these boots will last him at least 3 years.

Dainty but still appreciated

bought this for my mom for christmas, since she started having a obsession for turquoise. I'm a little worried the piece (necklace & pendant) maybe too dainty. The necklace is very thin but the clasp is a lobster clasp thank goodness and the picture does match the item exactly in appearance, will have to wait a til christmas for the final review from her. If the person you're buying for is more for large or very noticeable jewelry, this may not be for them. but it is very cute, if I was into that style I would wear it.

AWESOME

I am a NIKE girl. But, I had to try the new Reezigs. I ordered the Pulse II. These shoes are definitely in my top 3 favorite shoes ever!! I went for my usual 7 mile run the first day. the second day I kicked it up to 11 miles. My feet felt wonderful. I run 7-10 miles 6 days per week so I need a good, cushioned shoe, since my feet tend to underpronate. I can totally feel the energy that flows from heel to forefoot. Totally amazing. I recommend this shoe for runners of any distance who have neutral to high arches. I will buy again.

good shoe, nice cushioning

I've worn a variety of shoes and this is probably one of the best shoes out there that I've worn in the past 2-3 years. I don't have a particular loyalty to a brand, and when I saw these on sale, I decided to give them a shot. They are great - I do a lot of running on concrete and as a result, I have a lot of knee and hip pain from pounding the pavement in the past 10 years. These provide some great cushioning and helps my legs stay fresh on the run. I also have a tendency to roll my ankles quite a bit and the wider sole helps to prevent that as I run on the pavement and on the treadmill. The sizing does run small though, regular shoes I wear a 7 1/2 and needed to go up to a size 8.

Great value for the price.

At this time I am recording 11 cameras at the highest resolution 24/7 and can go back eleven days. When I fast forward even at 64X it goes straight through and can see everything, unlike others that will jump forward in time up to an hour, play through six minutes, then jump forward an hour again.There was a defective hard drive when I first got this one, however the tech support staff replaced it and it has been great since.The tech support also helped with setting this DVR up to go on line. They have been great too.The only very minor thing that can still be done is during playback you have to use the mouse to select the audio for which camera you want to listen to, unlike live when you just hit the mute button to select.Overall this is by far the best DVR I have had, and when I need another one I will buy this one again.

I needed some lug bolts for my VW bug running Porsche Fuchs and these fit the bill. Dont be fooled by the picture though, this kit comes with 20 lug bolts only. It doesn't include the lucking lug bolt or the adapter. The seller was very quick to send me out a locking set but unfortunately they wern't the ball seat shoulder I require for my Porche wheels. I hope they update the photo soon because it is very deceiving. Good product though!! Thanks.

Amazon saved the day!

I'm going to break this review up into 2 parts, one reviewing the product and one for my Amazon experience related to it.Amazon Experience:I live in Alabama, which was recently hit extremely hard by tornadoes and severe weather. After the tornadoes hit all around where I live, the power infrastructure had major problems. As expected, generators were in extreme demand, none to be found in probably 100-200 miles. The storms hit Wednesday, on Thursday I had the bright idea to hit up Amazon since I had Amazon Prime. I purchased this generator and had it arrive the next day for only $4 shipping. So I have to give major credit to Amazon and their service. Instead of driving far away, battling insane crowds, and using up precious gasoline at times like these to go find a generator, I got one the next day delivered to my doorstep at a great price and barely any shipping costs!The Generator:It got me some basic power back up for my fridge/freezer, charge phones and things like that. I didn't really stress it that much, the priority was my fridge/freezer. But this thing did a great job. It wasn't as loud as I expected to be honest. I was highly pleased with the gas usage, it ran all night and I still had between 1/4 and 1/2 tank the next morning when I checked it. We were out of power for about 5 days, and this generator did it's job nicely. Also it's not all that heavy so it can be portable as needed. Not stout enough to power a ton of things at once, but can definitely get you by in an emergency situation.

Very well designed generator

I purchased this generator because I wanted a small generator that would provide both 120 and 240 volts. You have to read the generator descriptions very carefully because they are generally written by someone who has little electrical knowledge or they are written by the company and are sometimes misleading. For instance, this generator would be rated at the surge capacity of 3500 watts by many manufacturers instead of the 3000 watts that Amazon lists. The generator started at the first pull and I purchased an RV plug to connect to the circular twistlock plug that comes with the generator. This plug costs about twenty dollars but is included with the generator. I wanted to be able to get the full output at 120 volts so I put in a call to the phone number painted on the generator and found the people manning the phones didn't know what they were talking about. I put in an inquiry at Wen's website and got a call the next day from someone who was very helpful. So here is the deal: When the 120/240 switch is set at 120, the full 25 amps is available at either of the 120 receptacles. When the switch is set at 240, 120 volts is available at the twistlock and so is 240 volts. But, since the two outputs of the generator are now in series, you can only pull reduced amperage of about 13 amps from either the 120 or 240 volts, but not both. This is a very good design and so far the generator has never failed to start on the first pull. I am very pleased with it. I have an associate degree in electronics and have a good deal of experience in this are.

Wen 3500 Watt Generator

I bought this generator at Menards in December '08. We always have power outages and the sump pit fills up quick. I wanted something small to take care of this, so I went into Menards and threw down $299 and took it home. It has been a great generator. 3500 watt surge, 3000 watt cont. It got us through a major storm in May of '09 when we were without power for about 5 days. I couldn't be happier with it. My only regret is not getting the 5500 watt unit. You MUST take care of it. Always use stabil fuel stabilizer in it. Start it once a month and run for about 15 minutes on half load. Always shut it down by turning off fuel supply and let it run out of gas. Use only synthetic oil and change and check REGULARLY. Remember, this is a chinese knockoff of a honda engine and you MUST take care of it or you won't have it as long as you should.Also, DO NOT BACKFEED YOUR BREAKER BOX. This can and WILL KILL A LINE WORKER. You will then be held liable and spend a very long time in jail. If you don't know what backfeeding is, do a search. They make a device called a transfer switch, that is what I got and installed and it works great. It is about as much as the generator but well worth the expense. I bought a relliance unit. Product recommended.

I play acoustic but wanted to try electric so I bought this guitar on e-bay. I took it out of the box, tuned it up and started playing. Every thing I needed was right there! Even though the amp is smaller than most it has very good volume and the over drive sustain is really long. really good buy!!!

I got this guitar for a friend. I thought it was going to be an overall cheap quality guitar, but I was really surprised! The guitar is furnished great and has a nice sound to it. The amplifier has a lot of power to it as well! The package came with many items like a variety of picks with different widths, an adjuster stick, a tuner pipe, amp with cords, case, strap, and guitar. I only have 2 concerns for this product. My first concern is that it may be smaller than you think it is. It's not a super small guitar in general, just small compared to what you might find in stores. My second concern is that the tuner isn't very reliable. The tuner pipe is plastic and not exactly in tune, however it's not a HUGE deal since you can find guitar tuners to guide you online. Overall, I was very happy with my purchase (shipping was fast too)! I will most likely buy another guitar from this seller for myself.

When I saw that I could get this item through Amazon when it was out of stock at the manufacturer I was very excited. When it arrived I could not wait to play it. It looks great! Almost like a small piece of fine furniture. The color is great and the finish seems perfect without flaws. When I play it though it seems to be slightly out of tune on one side, not quite a 4/5 sound. It is fun to play and looks great and for the price still sounds pretty good but not great. I would buy again from the manufacturer in hopes to get a better sound. When researching the product later I found that they were not available at the manufacturer due to Quality Control Issues. This might have been what I have experienced and the one I got from Amazon fell into the quality issue category.

The Gon Bops Bongo Cajon

I am very pleased with this wonderful instrument. And the price is just right. The sounds it produces are distinct and delicate. Its sonority is perfect for the studio or the home jam, but probably good enough for the small club gig as well. It can be played with great results both softly and hard. The playing surface has nuances that when learned reveal an array of possibilities. Both Macho and Hembra voices are well defined and perfectly in tune with one another. The wood is very beautiful and finished with great care. It even smells wonderful! The only surprise is that... this cajon is closed at the bottom (with the exclusion of two small holes of different sizes) instead of completely open as I thought. So in the end it's a bit bulky... because you cannot store anything in it. Well, it's a small price to pay for total beauty.
