Great compact carrier

this is my first kid carrier back pack and love it. Yes it has some shortcomings such as it is a bit difficult to load a kid on your own but it is possible. I love the fact that it looks like a normal backpack when not carrying a kid and isn't bulky.Could use a pillow attachment so that when the kid get's tired they can rest their head on something besides the back of my neckAlso not suited for people with longer torsoes I am 5'8" and am almost too tall for it but it works.
