This pedal is deceptive , at first it acts like a pre-amp , but the more you use it , the more you appreciate it's versatility an tonal range . The volume knob on your guitar becomes your guitar voice ! This pedal is very touch sensative , subtle , or in your face , and it has a clean , transparent sound !
