Items arrived quickly and in excellent condition. Installation was fairly easy even for first-time bathroom remodel. Although color is called stainless, it is a brushed nickel finish and coordinates well with other brushed nickel items.

This was a great purchase and very easy to change out . The nickel looks great with all the other changes I had made . You don't need to change any plumbing lines this is only the trim so you just pull the old off and replace with these . Very good quality and it took only about twenty minutes to change !

Delta makes a very good product. No complaints from a consumer point of view.From an installers point of view, the mounting plate is a little too flimsy - no a problem if you are using copper pipe since the copper stiffens the whole system. If using PEX, the lines are flexible and some extra support via the mounting system would be welcome. It doesn't change my view that Delta is the way to go when installing a shower valve but you'd think that this would be a simple thing to resolve.
