Beware, defective water lines.

My plumber installed this Rohl Perrin & Rowe 4746PN-2 Aquitaine kitchen faucet w/spray in our custom built kitchen today and found two out of three water lines leaked (in other words - defective). The return policy says I must pay for the return shipping and not be refunded for the original shipping. I might as well go to a Rohl dealer and buy the parts. My plumber tells me you can not use the water lines from Home Depot or Lowes, you must go to a Rohl dealer. One would think if you pay over $1000.00 for a kitchen faucet that it should work perfectly.I am back to give an update to the above comment. I called the manufacturer directly (Rohl)and told customer service what had happened, without hesitation they mailed me two new waterlines without charge. I received them the next day. I am so impressed with Rohl that I will definitely be a repeat customer. I have changed my original 2 star rating to a 4 star rating. Great job Rohl! Now that the faucet works - I love it. It is so beautiful in my new custom kitchen.
