Product Description
This custom mouth guard is a clear 3mm (.04in) thick guard. This mouth guard is
designed for light contact sports. (Soccer, Basketball) Our mouth guards are made using an exact
impression of your teeth allowing for the most comfortable and best protection
available. Our mouth guards are created in our own in house full time laboratory
with a technician with 15+ years experience, under the direct supervision of a
dentist with 30+ experience. This is done to confirm you are getting the best
product available.
With your order you will receive:
1 Set of impression material (Part A & B)
1 Adjustable impression tray
1 Return bag
1 Instruction pamphlet
1 Return form
1 Prepaid postage return label (domestic orders only)
To Create Impression:
Adjust the dental tray to the size of your mouth.
The tray can be made smaller by snapping off a section(s) of the plastic
in the rear of the impression tray.
Vigorously mix both parts (A & B) of impression material together
Roll
into a 4 to 5 inch tube.
Place impression material uniformly into the tray and firmly push onto
your teeth.
It will take about 4 minutes for the material to fully harden.
Remove tray in a single motion, by pulling either up or down.
Rinse tray and seal in enclosed bag.
Complete form and wait 2 weeks to allow your guard to be created.

Love it. Great fit. Small profile.

I play a lot of basketball. At 6'5" and 240 I'm in the post most of the time getting intentionally fouled over and over by all the slap-happy little people. Hits to the head and face are not uncommon, so a mouthguard is a must. I've used a few over the years from fancy ShockDoctor ones to the generic/plain ones that cost a couple bucks (which I like more than the costlier ones). But these have all been bulkier than I would like.I just got my new mouthguard from Sporting Smiles, have played with it a few times, and it is great. A few quick notes about it:- The fit is great. My older boil-to-conform ones fit well, but toward the back teeth they aren't quite as snug (you can flick them out by pushing with your tongue). They would occasionally get knock out, albeit after doing their job. The SS one fits all around like a suction cup and I don't think it's going anywhere.- I love the lower profile. The material is thinner than the boil ones, so it's much lower profile. It feels more like a natural addition to your mouth, rather than a bulky annoyance. I find myself grabbing a drink from the water bottle before thinking about taking it out. It's just not in the way of anything.- Making your mold is easy, and kinda fun.

This is an excellent product. Instructions and products used to created the mold were very user friendly. Mouth guard arrived very quickly upon completing the mold. Very good price as similar products ran $100+

My dog got the one that I had made at the dentist and when I found out it was going to be almost $400 to replace it, I looked for an alternative. I'll be purchasing another one of these soon because it's starting to wear down, but for $50 instead of $400, it's completely worth it. It's comfortable, fits perfectly, and is just as good as the one I had made at my dentist.
