BEST DRESS SHOE EVER

I have worn them all, just about that is. THIS was the shoe. I have larger wide feet, 13 E and I normally could not wear these due to narrow toe box and heel rub issues. NOT WITH THIS SHOE. This was perfection. I literally bought 2 pair and they are the best. Comfort, fashion for work and they endure/last well. GET THIS SHOE for those of us with wide feet. Thanks Mephisto

Once upon a time I couldn't see how to justify paying this much money for shoes. But as old trusted brands have turned into pieces of plastic crap from china I had to explore alternatives. Buying these may be three or even five times the money but the value is obvious.You cannot believe the quality and comfort of these shoes. I got these for a song, size 13 has its advantages when suppliers are clearing out stock but it's obvious they will last for years. I stopped by a mephisto store in west palm beach and the guy showed me the pair he has worn a few days a week, all day selling on his feet, for TEN years. They barely look worn in. Last week I threw out a pair of stinking, cracked shabby rock ports with stitching coming out that I bought less than a year ago. I'm going to buy a pair of mephisto every year for the rest of my life and I'm going to buy them for my son and my friends because they are so much healthier and look great. I believe the only way we are going to heal our economies and our planet is by making smart choices about where we invest our money and Mephisto is a great place to start. If you care about how you look, I've already had two compliments on these. All the things we put on or in our bodies should reflect this ethic. Stop supporting the wal mart mentality and toxic factories that turn out garbage that needs replacing and invest in yourself.

I ordered the chestnut color at a good rice and was so impressed with the comfort and look that I ordered a pair of the black as well.Most comfortable dress shoes I on. Fit is true
