I am 45 and started working out a lot since my friend died, I suffer from low energy and decided to try resveratrol.I originaly started resveratrol because I heard it helps with blood sugar. I read in the WIKI It increased performance in mice so I am increasing from 100 mg to 500 mg for diabetic symyms and energy boost, and Well I was pleased with first ever batch of resveratrol.
