Does what it is supposed to do

I am black Caribbean with coarse DRY hair. Moisturizes my hair perfectly without leaving it oily (you know how some oils just sit on our hair). Even tried it on my biracial children's hair and it is not like an oil slick.remeber a little goes a long way...

I really like this for blending with essential oils for my hands. I work with a lot of paper which can really make my hands ragged. This oil makes them feel soft & supple again.

We are making lotion bars and Avocado oil is an ingredient. I have always enjoyed avacodo oil for massage or to use in my hair once in awhile for treatment as well as for texture.
