Good sleep solution

I have intermittent problems falling asleep. My other (high price) herbal sleeping pills didn't help very much, so I decided to try something different. These Gaia pills work much better. If you follow directions and take them an hour before you want to fall asleep, you can really feel the effect! It would be hard to stay awake. I'm glad I found them.
