Recommended to anyone who uses computer 2+ hours a day

I have been using these glasses for a couple of weeks.The only drawback that i found is that you need to clean them like every day and that if you work for a lotof hours you feel the skeleton weight but it hasn't annoyed me much. On the other hand i can say for sure that I see a difference with/without the glasses, it's not a placebo effect or anything like that. I have tried normal reading glasses before and although a lot of people including opticians on their reviews say they are the same, for me gunnar glasses worked better. I noticed that they help with the blinking rate as well, i noticed i blink more when i wear them and getting used to the yellow tint etc has been very easy for me .If they make them to need less cleaning in the future i'd definitely buy a new model . I put 4 stars because i think there is always room for improvement, nevertheless i'm a satisfied camper.If you have headaches/dry eyes from computer usage get them, they will help.

I'm not sure if these work for other people, but they didn't' work for me. I spend about 20-30 hours a week looking at two LCD monitors and encounter eye strain about 3-4 hours into my work day. I was excited to try them out but noticed about 3 minutes into wearing them they actually increased my eye strain. I tried them for a week just in case they took some getting used to, unfortunately, that was not the case.I really did want to like them, but I don't feel bad for sending them back. The frames are very, very flimsy. I think I have paper clips that are thicker. I read a few reviews saying the lenses smudged easy and they are right on the money. For $70+ you think they could have included a cloth.

These things are pretty awesome. At first I was verrrrry skeptical. Didn't see why spending a large chunk of money on "gaming glasses" was worth it. Even after the first week of use I was still on the fence. But after the first week I really noticed a difference. No more small headaches right behind my eyes after prolonged gaming, no more squinting and no more eye rubbing . Keep in mind I run a triple monitor set up with 23" monitors. I would also get sleepy after a little while at the computer (this was not because I was on all night or from a lack of sleep) but I no longer got that sleepy feeling after 30-45 minutes on the computer.One complain I have is that it seems like these glasses are made for people with heads the size of grapefruits. While these are in no means tight or uncomfortable to wear, they do require you to bend the frame to go around your head a significant amount, which I'm pretty sure will eventually lead to them breaking. Although they are small they do cover your whole field of vision, which is the only reason I bought these grandpa style glasses. I had a friend with a pair that where more stylish I guess you could say and he hated them because it did not cover his whole field of vision.Also the frame feels very cheap. Not sure if it was intended to be that way so that they are extra flexible or just they are actually cheaply made lol. But for the price u are paying you would think u would be getting something that feels more solid.Another complain I have is that they get super dirty super quick. Pretty much have to clean them every time you use them. I found that if you use a cleaning solution they don't get dirty as fast and u can have a few accidental lens touches without having to take them off instantly to clean them. ( by dirty I mean smudges). For the amount of money u pay for these it would seem they could put some sort of coat over the lens so they don't instantly get dirty with the slightest touch. But then again im no expert on these matters.Other than those complaints I don't regret the buy. Hopefully the stretching of the frame to fit my big head over time won't cause the arms to break, but im pretty sure it will. I will repost if they do but had them for about a month now and its still fine.Ended up giving them 4 stars because of how small they are (still fit and are comfortable), how easy they smudge and how expensive they are. These factors would normally generate, for me at least, a lower score but the lens really do help with eye fatigue, which for me greatly out way the bad.
