Usually a great product....

BUT! The Arnica Montana 30C that was sent to me had been around a LONG time, because it only had 3 MONTHS before expiring. After buying 12 at one time, that was a REAL DISAPPOINTMENT! Maybe I'll have to stick to my local health food store for my Boiron blue tube Arnica Montana 30C in spite of the higher price, BECAUSE their tubes have a 3 or more YEARS before expiring. Needless to say, I do NOT WANT to order any more from these people!

Reduces Bruising

My doctor actually recommended that I take this supplement to reduce bruising and help with healing after surgery. I must say that I am impressed. I started to have a little bruising around my eye but that went away quickly after I started taking the pills. I had to remove the internal insert piece so the pills will come out. They are small and will bounce--so pour slowly.
