Excellent Product & Great Shipper

I purchsed the Pyle headrest DVD's the other week. I had them installed this past Sunday. So far so good. Excellent picture. Good sound in the headphone, FM Transmitter and even through the built-in speakers. We have tried both headrest with watching the same movie & different movies. I am satisfied with what we purchased. It has all the features like the high end headrest DVD's. When I first got them one of the headrest looked used and didn't have the protective coverings like the other headrest. I contacted the seller and he sent me a shipping lable and sent me a new one right away with no issues. I will purchase from this seller again. Also the Pyle product comes with a 1 year manufa. warranty as well. We also purchased a 3 year square trade on top of the 1year. Right now I feel as if it's money well spent.

I ordered these DVD headrests and got them a week before expected. I was looking to install them myself so we could save more money. But the instructions were not written very well and left out some important steps. So I went to a local car stereo place and was quoted $200 for the install, I'm sure they were taking advantage of me being a women. Needless to say I didn't get them to install. So I headed over to Youtube and found a video of a guy installing these. So I tackled the job and it was actually quite easy. The only thing that I needed a man to help me with was connecting the power cord to the fuse box in the van. Which leads to the really only complaint or suggestion I have about these. My Dad spliced some wires together and made me a plug in for the cigarette lighter. That's the one thing that needs to be included in this kit. Also these say they are Region Free, but that is not true for all DVD's. My kids have a few Disney movies that won't play.Other than that. We love them and they have made for some pretty quite road trips. LOVE the wireless headphones!!!!!

I just finished the install of these units yesterday. While the install directions are weak at best it's not difficult to figure out what needs to be done.I read the other reviews and all of the complaints. I find the complaint about the customer service to be 100% wrong. One of the power units that I received was malfunctioning. I contacted the seller who responded and sent me a replacement unit within one week. I was very happy with their response time and service. In fact, I received the initial package 2 days after ordering.That said, the complaint about not playing every movie does seem to be true. I tested two movies one worked perfectly but the other couldn't be played because of the format. But, again, the units were $200 including headrests. So, I am OK with not being able to play every movie.My son is itching to test the game system but I am not ready to have him sitting in the car in the garage playing games. He'll have to wait for our next trip. In regards to the games, the joysticks are extremely cheap. In fact, the battery cover on one of them has broken simply by opening it to install batteries.All in all, I am very happy with the return that I am receiving thus far for my $200.
