This stuff is fantastic! I had a bad bout of stomach flu, and took this after a day of throwing up, etc. It worked immediately. It felt cool and soothing going down and settled my stomach nicely. I was able to eat again.Since then I have taken it for slight queasiness, eating something that disagreed with me, etc. It always helps. I love it, and it is now a permanent part of my medicine cabinet.
