Great hair dryer

Have owned this product for about 1-1/2 years. It has never let me down. My curly hair requires the use of the diffuser, but my daughter uses it with and without this attachment. It is used about 4 times a week and honestly the total hours don't add up to much because it works so quickly. I'd never had a hair dryer I enjoyed using before because my arm tired out before the job was done.All house guests marvel at its efficiency and everyone wants to own one after borrowing it. I prefer the lowest to middle heat level and on low blow speed. (There are 3 heat levels and 2 speeds.)I didn't buy it through Amazon, but had to comment when I saw what one lousy experience had done for an otherwise excellent product. She might have gotten a lemon or the product has changed in the last 2 years. Mine is dated 11.09 and reads "Farouk Systems Inc."It was expensive but worth every penny.

Nice Dryer

This hair dryer has variable heat settings separate from speed settings, which I really like. The extra long cord is a plus. Lightweight and easy to use. Very happy with this purchase, but a little disappointed in CHI for not honoring warranty unless purchased at a salon. I am hopeful that it will last and not need said warranty.

good for drying hair quickly and without frizz. Somewhat noisy at highest speed. I was disappointed that this product is made in China not US.
