Great Product - Not so great vendor

I did my own investigation on this product through the manufactures web site and a phone call and felt that I fully knew the product and its options. After I ordered the product here on Amazon I realized that two optional featured were not indicated on the amazon page, so I sent an email to Surveillent. The response was like I was speaking in a dead language because the response had nothing to do with the question. I responded back thinking maybe they mistakenly replied. The second request was more direct and shorter of "do you know anything about the product", they simply replied No. The price was good and the product quality was excellent, but I purchased the optional smoke coloured cover from a different vendor. The camera was very simple to hook up and configure. The picture quality is the best I have seen for day and fair to good at night ( An IR spotlight helped alot ). William
