Solid!

It's a solid nylon holster made to hold a real firearm. I use it for a Sig 226. It took a little bit of time to get it to fit that gun, but now it works perfectly. A very useful field holster that, once it gets soaked with sweat, can be tossed in the washing machine (sans gun and ammo, please). I like shoulder holsters - they keep the weight off my belt.

Can't properly conceal a firear

This product is isn't good if you plan on using it to conceal a firearm (otherwise I think it's great). Too bad the description didn't inform me before I made my purchase.

Shoulder holster designs usually fall into two categories: vertical and horizontal. This design keeps the pistol and magazines up high on your chest. I use it while playing airsoft as a sniper. When lying in the prone, if I need to grab my pistol because of a close encounter the pistol's location is right next to my hands - not down by my side or further down on my leg - it's RIGHT THERE and the draw is fast! Also, due to the height of the rig on my chest I can low crawl without the pistol dragging in the dirt. As a safety precaution I use a pistol lanyard just in case. This is probably not a good design if you have to wear clothing over it (concealed carry) as the pistol will bulge out of your chest too far to be practical (unless you use a sub-compact). All in all a great design!
