Groovy cable!
By Scott Ritchie
These are fun cables...I started with one and now I have four. Gave another one as a gift this Christmas. They can work well at staying out of your way on stage, having your cable coiled up and stretching only when you need it to, instead of 20 feet (or 10 depending where I'm playing) feet of cable under my feet. I've done listening tests with guitar and bass amps comparing them to some of my high-end cables and these work great! Haven't done a studio record test, but for stage use, I know these are great (13 years full-time bassist, but only used these cables for the last half a year). They do have a bit of weight to them compared to a normal cord, but not bad. When I plug my surf green Strat into my surf green tolex amp using my surf green coil cable, it's just too groovy for words.
