Great for recovering

This shirt has been awesome for post weight training. I really feel it makes a difference in how my body feels during the day, it limits soreness, and it's been addition to my training.

Not nearly enough compression

Compression-wear has to be pretty thick and only marginally stretchy to actually work. This, like almost all supposed "compression" wear, is just heavyweight lycra. Way too little compression, even if you dramatically under-size.One or two other companies use a heavier, less stretchy material that actually seems to work.
