Great performance!

I've been using CB radios since the 1970's, and the Wilson 1000 is definitely the best antenna I've ever put on any of my trucks. It gives me a strong signal out that is only matched by a 102" whip antenna. It also does a great job of receiving weak signals from far away. I've had one on my woods truck for over 10 years now and despite being beat with tree branches, left out in all kinds of weather, and used constantly, it still works as well as a new one. A good antenna will make or break your CB for being able to reach out and talk to someone else. If I need to replace or install a CB antenna on a truck, this is the one I reach for. It works great!

this is my first cb whip. im part of a jeep club that told me only get this particular whip. i bought and got it quick. and these wilson 1000 go for 100$ where i live and i got it on here for 60$ with free shipping!package includes mount, coax, and whip. i dont think it said anything about it on product details. but its everything you need except for the radio itself!

This is the second Wilson 1000 antenna I've owened, and I'm as happy as I was with the first. Outstanding quality! At approx. 12 watts RF (in a Jeep Wrangler with little ground plane) It offers an SWR of 1.6 - 1.8 with the use of a lightning arrestor for ground. I shoot skip with a Galaxy DX979 and 350 watt amp from NJ to CA, TX, and Canada. VERY happy with this antenna.
