Not a exact fit

Mounted it like the original one was and the fan was rubbing. Had to put a washer on each side between the fan bracket and where it mounted to the box. Works good now. See how long it lasts.

This item worked worked great. Much less expensive and a whole lot easierthan replacing a 14 year old heater. The attaching bracket was slightly off, butI was able to use the old bracket. It lined up perfectly.
