Party headphones

I got these headphones for my trip to New Orleans for Mardi Gras. The color is awesome and they are what I like to call "party" headphones because you can easily wear them around your next and share your tunes with anyone around you. The volume output is great without compromising the sound quality. The padding on the top makes for a different feel than most over the ear headphones and they don't completely cover the ear but where they lack in these qualities they make up for in design, transportability and affordability. I would recommend these to anyone who is looking for a cheaper set of headphones and don't like the in the ear ones. Plus skull candy is just an awesome brand.

These aren't your $5-10 cheap replaceable earbuds, but they're also not the $70+ headphones you see a lot of places.These are comfortable, but all headphones hurt my ears a little after a while. These are better for in-ear buds for me, and stay on better. Perfect for bus rides and drowning out the environment, even without noise cancelling.They sound great. I can't go back to cheaper headphones because the quality just isn't the same. Great bass, good treble, and good in between. I like equalizing my music based on what it's playing through (PowerAmp for Android lets me) and I can get the perfect sound for me with these headphones. They also work well as like studio headphones when playing and recording guitar. I notice more subtle nuances in music with these, which I like. I think these headphones helped make me an audiophile without breaking the bank getting Bose or Beats by Dre for at LEAST $80.Some people complain about Skull Candies not lasting. I think this is more a problem with their earbuds, not as much their over-the-ear headphones. I've had these for months and they're enduring my use and abuse. I'm not particularly careful with them but nor am I too rough with em. They're lasting a few months now, better than many headphones I've owned. Highly recommended.

Great price for what you get!

I ordered these mainly because I'm very bad at keeping up with little ear buds, I usually loose them in a week or so after purchase. The sound quality is great for the music I listen to, generally this is New Age, Acoustica, and Folk music. The plastic rim at the top that bends for portability is very flimsy and I feel like I'm going to break it, and after prolonged use of the product, 2+ hours or so, my ears start to hurt from wearing them. Although seeing as I don't usually use my headphones for longer than that seems to not be much of a problem, but I thought it would be for people who like to relax in front of a computer with headphones for long periods of time.Regards.
