I love this thing. I was using a diamond bit Dremel to cut and shape glass and it was never perfect, chipped a lot and it took a long time to cut to the depth I needed without anything to cool the bit. With this item it takes mere seconds to do what took me 10 minutes before. Easy to get use to using, but for safety I use tight fitting gloves so I don't accidentally cut open a finger. It can get a little messy due to the cooling of the grinder with water and the accessories box isn't big enough in my opinion.It only came with the grinder that is shown in the picture but I needed an additional bit that could cut lines in glass. The accessory bits are not cheap and I only found 1 place in my area that carried the one I needed. I'm sure you can get it online but I was disappointed that it didn't come with this grinder to begin with. If I had the extra cash I would have bought the upgraded model that comes with more accessories. But this one is great as a beginner's grinder.
