works great. no complaints.it comes with several thousand ear buds that go in your ear and hold the unit in place.(ok, I am exaggerating, but after you try them all , it seems like several thousand). took me forever to find the right size. You dont know you have the wrong size until you are talking or walking and it falls out of your ear.back ground noise canceling is not an exaggeration. I sat in my car, called my home answering machine, blasted the radio after I started leaving a message, and all I heard when I played it back was a second or two of garbled background noise, then nothing but my voice.
