This tea works wonders for constipation. I have been having trouble for a long time. A lady doing my x-ray told me about it. I have been using it since. I have a cup after dinner and then it works by morning. Great stuff and tastes good especially with honey.

This tea really works.i love it! i use it every day switching it with 3 ballerina green dieters tea which i've been using for the longest it gives u same effect they both contain senna n it also has helped me lose weight,it gets rid of the bloating 100% n toxins out of the body its really a big help if your goal its losing weight. U should be careful cause it may cause cramping in the beggining n sometimes thru out use please do not use if u have stomach problems to begin with it could agravated ask ur doctor before.other than that i believe is safe.
