Such a great wall oven for the price

We purchased this wall oven after doing extensive checking online. We found this one to have very good reviews on numerous sites.The oven is very quiet and with two inside lights one can see how items are baking/cooking with ease. The split rack makes it very simple to have a tall item cooking along with numerous other sized things.We did find that when using the convection one has to turn the item 180 degrees half way through, as being so close to the fan cooks it quicker. So far we have used it extensively and have had no issues with it. We would buy this oven again in a heart beat.The shipping was spot on with their estimated delivery time and were very courteous. Being the unit weighs in at 175 pounds, the delivery people helped me by setting the unit on a movable table that I had set up to hold it until I was able to mount it in the wall. Installation was very easy as long as you insured that you had the correct dimensions to hold the unit. Be sure to check the back of the unit for the serial plate so that you know which size circuit breaker is needed.

We received our new convection oven a few weeks ago. We had a GE Profile conventional oven (about 12 years old) and the control panel went out. Rather than replacing the 12 y/o electronics we opted for a new convection oven. The oven is wonderful. It cooks evenly, doesn't burn the bottom of bisquets or cake like some conventional ovens. Some of the features are quite nice, as well ... like the "keep warm" setting, 3 rackswith the top having a removable section for taller items, and of course the convection fan. There were some minor bumps ... the shipment took longer than I expected ... however, the delivery guy was nice enough to move the crate into my house when it arrived. The oven had this random part laying in the bottom of the oven and I haven't found out what it is yet. I think it was a shipping clip or something for the racks, fan or door ... not sure ... the instructions didn't call it out for removal. Anyway, it works great and we are very happy with it.

Love the product - is exactly as described though arrived more than a week after the delivery period lapsed...

The vendor was very helpful in identifying the shipping miscommunications that occurred which delayed our product delivery. If it had arrived on time without all the additional correspondence and phone calls, then I would have gone five stars for this product ordering experience as the item is fantastic, was competitively priced and was described accurately.The post-promised-date shipping issue caused a delay in our cabinet ordering as they wanted confirmation on cutout dimensions which we could not provide with total certainty until we knew that what we had ordered was actually what was shipped... when the next cabinet sale period starts we will place that order, though our kitchen remains torn apart into the foreseeable future.E-vive was great to work with, but should address with their shipper sub-contractor standards that must be met. We are willing to order from them going forward, though not sure if we would chance a freight sized item such as this again.
