A great Invicta

Just so you know: This is a RONDA Startech Caliber 5040.D - 12 1/2''' SWISS PARTS Made in Thailand.It has 6 jewels and is nickel plated as opossed to 13 jewels gold plated SWISS MADE.It has ALL the fuctions of the SWISS MADE, but is less costly to manufacture. Hence:$129.00It is Nine seconds fast to an Atomic Clock over two months.It has a beautiful domed magnifing crystal, and if you look closely BOTH the sweep second hand AND the minute hand reach all the way to their respective index marks. A BIG PLUS!The band is soft and comfortable. It has FOUR pins holding it to the case, there are no gaps and it fits perfectly.It is very easy to read and ALL the hands are exacting.This is a BARGIN Watch!SWISS MADE/ SWISS PARTS is relatively a new thing, the long term reliability has not been determined. But you can guess that 13 Jewels might be a longer term watch. But 5 years at $129, what the hey? You'll be ready for something new and different by then anyway.As for now, if you like it's looks, the quality/price is outstanding. Excellent watch. This watch is big but it is big in an excellent way. It is very impressive and I've had several nice compliments on it. It's very easy to read - just looks classy. The leather band is very comfortable and well crafted. I would buy this watch again.!
