This truck is so cool. It is a lot of maintenance so you definitely have to be some what mechanically inclined. The break-in period stinks but if you get this DO IT!!! and do it right so your motor will last you. I have had to replace a few small parts but nothing huge and it was me being hard on it. The company claims 75+ mph. It will do the speed but the controls are so touchy it makes it very hard not to wreak long before you get close to 75 mph.
