The 1/2" thick band is glued and doweled together to form a continuous band which is 2" tall outside and 1-1/2" tall inside. The bottom is 1/2" thick premium grade maple plywood. After assembly, each natural wood tray goes through a multi-step finish to provide a soft, smooth, natural finish

Amazing spinning shelves for kitchen remodel

These rotating shelves are beautiful, they come with a base that had a "centering" bump in the track to make sure they set in the right place when you close the door. They're strong (my 1 1/2 year old has managed to climb on them a few times), and they look and operate great. Had been thinking about building my own rotating corner shelves to save money, but then I saw these and decided to give them a try...WOW. Price is amazing for such quality.Super, super happy.If you'd like, I can add some photos if you're thinking about them but unsure.Absolutely recommended.
