I purchased this bag as a Christmas gift for my sister who, by day and night, is in fact Super Mom! With three boys she is always on the go and was looking for a durable bag that she could put anything in and still have it be comfortable and look good. This fit the bill perfectly (I think)! Another thing she wanted for her bag was for it to be able to withstand patches, she had started collecting various patches from her travels with the family. So this bag being also made of denim was a huge selling point for me - denim is the perfect fabric for patches!The bag arrived quickly, gotta love being a prime member and it was everything I had hoped it would be. It is very roomy with a nice compartment for a laptop, which my sister doesn't have but it is a nice padded secure spot for any type of delicate item. There were plenty of other pockets and the overall appearance was clean and looked to be well made. The strap was nice and wide with an excellent padded area for when the bag gets on the heavy side. Just be cautious this bag is HUGE!!! If you are looking for a messenger bag for a few things this is probably not the bag for you but if you have a lot of stuff to lug around then I say buy, buy, buy!I finally was able to see the bag in use over the Easter holiday, and she was using it in the way I thought she would. Full to the brim with all her travel necessities for her and her family. PERFECT! I'd say that this past years Christmas was a success. Now what to get her this year.... hmmmm.....
