Works great, but the plug is only for the United Kingdom

These are the best clippers I've ever used. However, the plug on this model is only for U.K. countries, NOT for European and Asian countries. You'll need an adapter if you live outside the United Kingdom.

Wahl 220 Volt Clippers

My present assignment is in Afghanistan and the local voltage is 220 volt. I work in the field and do not have access to a PX / BX so I'm forced to buy off the local markets of what ever village I'm close too. Every thing sold here is junk and I've been through 4 sets of clippers this year alone. I found the 220 volt clippers and know that Wahl is top of the line. I've used them about 4 times now and they work perfectly. They shipped and arrived with in 12 days to my nearest FOB that had mail service. We would buy them again if I had too.DC

Have bought other Wahl products. The last we bought before this one was so loud. When my husband would buzz his head, I'd have to leave and go downstairs, it was so annoying! But this one is powerful, but not loud at all. It is very effective, making clean cuts.
