Great bolster!

This is a great bolster with many different uses! It's sturdy, lightweight and easy to maneuver. I'm using it as a body pillow of sorts. I place it between my legs when I'm sleeping on my side. The bolster alleviates sciatic nerve discomfort. In addition to sleep, I've been using it to sit on for meditation/relaxation. I took one star off for the price.

Perfect!

I was told this was the bolster to get and it was. I am new to yoga (it is another thing I am doing to help me take back my life from bouts with cancer) and this bolster was one recommended by my teacher.

This bolster is the sturdiest I have found and holds up well with routine use. I love the flattened shape-- more versatile than fully round ones. The fabric is also very soft and comfortable against the skin.
